Scott Warner has been successfully selling residential real estate on the North Shore since 1992 and has consistently been one of the top Realtors® in the North Vancouver office; earning the MLS Master Medallion Club honour for 13 consecutive years, as one of the top 10% of Greater Vancouver Agents. Scott was born and raised in North Vancouver and attended Carisbrooke Elementary School, Balmoral Middle School and Carson Graham Secondary School. Upon high school graduation Scott attended Capilano College before transferring to and graduating from the Real Estate option of the Marketing Management Program at BCIT. During this time he ran a commercial paint company, played professionally in a jazz trio and honed his customer service skills in the retail industry with London Drugs.
Scott and his daughter Tori have lived in several North Vancouver neighbourhoods over the years, including Central Lonsdale, Grand Boulevard and Upper Lonsdale, but are now happy to call Deep Cove their home.
When not working, Scott Warner enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, snow skiing, golf and yoga; however his real passion is soccer. He has played soccer since the age of five and is presently playing competitively in the over 40?s division of the Millar's North Shore Soccer league. In addition to playing, Scott has coached both an under 7 boys soccer team and in the past his men's teams; ask him about the similarities! (The under 7?s are more mature).
Scott Warner is actively involved as a volunteer in the community he is so pleased to serve, and has previously served as a member at large on the Parent Advisory Committee for Braemar Elementary School, and previously fulfilling a two year term on the Parks and Environment Advisory Committee for the City of North Vancouver. He also spent two years as a "Big Brother" prior to the birth of Tori.
